What we process and why

When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and request details to deliver and secure the website. We use Umami for website analytics, including page visits, referrers, browser and device information, and clicks on the contact button. We use BotID to check contact requests for automated traffic. It processes browser and device signals to protect this action. We do not use advertising cookies.

When you email us, we process your email address, name and the information in your message to respond and discuss your enquiry. The contact button shows our email address after a bot check and attempts to copy it to your clipboard. It does not send a message on your behalf.

We process this information for our legitimate interests in running a secure website, understanding its use and responding to business enquiries, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where an enquiry concerns entering or performing a contract, we rely on Article 6(1)(b). We retain records required by law under Article 6(1)(c).

Service providers

Our hosting, analytics and email providers process information to provide those services. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Where providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we use applicable transfer safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Retention

We keep enquiry information while handling your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Technical and analytics information is kept for operating, securing and understanding the site. We delete information when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it. Contact us for details about the retention of your information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us to exercise these rights.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, including the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
